And nothing happened before then other than I SPY, FAT ALBERT, Picture Pages, BILL COSBY: HIMSELF, and being a loving husband to Camille. Also, he earned his Ed.D. from UMass at some point.

Mr Snider, Bobby Clarke, the Cup
If you want to understand the giddy optimism of Philadelphia Flyers fans tonight, remember that the last time we hoisted the Stanley Cup was during the Gerald Ford presidency. It was mere weeks after the fall of Saigon, and neither Saturday Night Live nor Jaws nor A Chorus Line had happened yet.
Compare to George Washington mandating smallpox inoculation for the troops in 1777: "Necessity not only authorizes but seems to require the measure, for should the disorder infect the Army ... we should have more to dread from it, than from the sword of the enemy."

Is Jackson depicted as an adult with any young boys who aren't hospitalized?
In other words, a closer race than 2025 (which had a deeply flawed GOP candidate atop the ticket), but still D-favorable?
how about a band named Greatest Hits
I'm glad I saw it once. I'm glad I never have to see it twice. Dylan Baker was extraordinary.
What if we had the ZONE OF INTEREST version of MICHAEL, where we never directly see or discuss the atrocities but it's always hovering in the background in unavoidable ways?
if you don't know bubbles, I don't know what to tell you.
The good news, since he is depicted here, is that Bubbles is still alive and well in his mid-40s and has retired to Central Florida at The Villages, But For Great Apes. 2/2 centerforgreatapes.org/chimpanzee/b...

there's competition this year.
Finally caught up on ACC, and I'm still not sure why it exists beyond "because Padma felt like it." This was as good as Good vs Evil was lame.
I'm still stuck on the fact that Buddha cannot win. The show's proof-of-concept requires finding someone better than a TOP CHEF double-champ.
I always try to find the pangram first, but yesterday it wasn't clicking so I did a lot before it revealed itself.
Oh, wow. Even if there's multiple?
I like the way it disciplines me into chasing the harder stuff, and you can get there faster on an ING or ED day.
They're just generally more rare than you'd think.
Got there in 9. (I always try to get there without 4-letter words.)
There's a great NYT Mag article on the steps his business team has taken to make Michael Jackson more profitable in death than life—including efforts exploring whether to turn Neverland into a theme park before recognizing most adults think of it as a crime scene.
No IHOP tie-in menu for MICHAEL?
No hearing, no vote. Dead dead dead.
There is no legal need to file a lawsuit hastily, the day after publication. It's all about shifting the narrative.
Our clients were prepared. Were you?

I never doubted my toothless sons
The Article’s assertions that Director Patel has used his position to “target political or personal adversaries of the president”; that he complained that the FBI merchandise “isn't intimidating enough”; and that days before the U.S. launched its war with Iran, he “fired members of a counterintelligence squad that was devoted, in part, to Iran,” leaving the country vulnerable, are each false. Director Patel has not targeted political or personal adversaries
So I'm reading the Kash Patel lawsuit, and he's claiming it is false and defamatory to say that he's used his position to “target political or personal adversaries of the president.”
Has he thought this through? Because I believe that's what the President expects him to be doing.
Who are the longest -- Glenn Reynolds, Eugene Volokh, Ann Althouse?
I think we understand the steps to this dance:
1️⃣Damaging article against Trump or ally
2️⃣Subject claims defamation
3️⃣Sues immediately
4️⃣A month later, media entity files motion to dismiss
5️⃣Months after that, it's granted. Case dismissed.
6️⃣Appeal. Takes a year.
7️⃣By the time appeal fails, world moves on.
But some people won't understand that every bad thing is either Roberts's or Barrett's fault.
