For the past month the source of the RFI over Crimea has been almost daily, which is evident from the passes that do not even pass over the source but yet manifest RFI's at the same longitude.

As follow-up, two days later the emissions are still visible in satellite passes that are not even passing near the emission source.

Here we go again.
We've got in today's Sentinel-1 imagery (18:05 local time) view of where "Eagle 2", suspected of cutting the Estlink-2 cables, is anchored with it's only remaining anchor. The vessel is accompanied by Finnish law enforcement vessel Usko.
A strong C-band radio frequency interference in today's (16.12.2024) Sentinel-1 images south of Sevastopol, Crimea. The source for the RFI seems to be located in the vicinity of Cape Fiorent.

Chinese-flagged cargo ship Yi Peng 3 crossed both submarine cables C-Lion 1 and BSC at times matching when they broke.
She was shadowed by Danish navy for a while during night and is now in Danish Straits leaving Baltics.
No signs of boarding. AIS-caveats apply.
