Had a fun going back and re-painting. I stripped the paint off with isopropyl alcohol, re-primed and went to town. I learned that blood paint doesn’t really cover your mistakes it makes for a messy mini. That is why I am going for a “cleaner” look to show off the mini. #warhammer #warhammer40000

The floating Icon is done in all its bloody glory. The blood pool down below I did a mixture of true blood effect paint from army painter and clear resin layer in there to create a false sense of depth. I hope you can kind of see it in the picture. C/c welcomed. #warhammer #warhammer40000 #khorne

This is true! Sometimes less is more. I feel chaos factions all kinda fall into this trap, over amount of trim or random skulls lol. Don’t get me wrong I love the over the top but I do enjoy painting the less noisy minis

The other weekend had a great combat patrol game of #warhammer40k with my buddy Tommy. It was a great time with two fully painted armies and fully painted terrain. It really makes a difference in experience. It was a blast #aeldari #imperialguard40k

Finished my Avatar of Khaine. In my custom Craftworld, the Asuryani worship Khaine through the sun stones (seen in the middle of the mini) and these Sun stones awakens the actual terrain with the ship so Khaine can take vengeance out on any foolish enough invade. I had a hard time with this mini.
