Hungary has chosen Europe.
Europe has always chosen Hungary.
A country reclaims its European path.
The Union grows stronger.

I read your report. It’s very good. Thank you!
I know this is an obvious thing to say but we should talk more about what a racist this guy is. He’s as racist as George Wallace or Strom Thurmond but unlike them he often escapes having racism mentioned as a leading cause for all his decisions.
"No new wars." Liar. Liar. Liar.
New in PN: "Just making s**t up" — @volts.wtf sounds off on the EPA
“How the f**k are they going to do that? If you can get the Supreme Court to rule carbon is not a danger to public health, it will mark the point at which they have abandoned all pretense, because that’s just a flat out lie.”
"To hope does not imply accepting a false peace that laments divisions without naming the evils done. Instead, hope demands a certain doggedness, a refusal to let go."

Ken White, Constitutional expert, on what is happening in Minneapolis.
If you pray, please join me in praying for Tim Walz and other persons in leadership in Minnesota.
Reminder: Assume your government is lying until proved otherwise.
If the government or a media outlet uses the word "terrorist" to describe somebody, assume that they are lying until hard evidence proves otherwise.
The erosion of language in the service of totalitarianism continues apace. Defend the meanings of words.
A reminder that the likelihood of the words "terror," "terrorist," and related terms being used appropriately are next to nil. [Edit: also the word "rioter" and/or "riot."]
Every red-blooded (= alive) American Patriot needs to read this brief synopsis of Jack Smith's testimony to Congress.
Why Rs at the House Committee decided to release it on New Year's Eve (if at all) is unknown to me.

As an Indiana resident for 47 years, I'm one of those who are very happy that the Indiana senators had the moral courage to stand up to DJT and Gov. Braun and vote no on the bill to redistrict!
This means that 21 R senators joined the 10 D senators to oppose Trump and Braun. It's an important start!
As an Indiana resident for the last 47 years, I'm thrilled with this outcome. It's deeply surprising, and heartening, to me.
The vote ended up 31 against, only 19 senators for redistricting.

As expected, Craig Snow (my rep) voted to approve the bill. I'm unhappy about this. Note that not every R voted for the bill; ca. 10 or so did not. (Yes, we're an extremely red state already; the bill means that more than 30% of Indiana voters will have no representation if it passes the Senate.
Well, the Indiana House passed the mid-decade redistricting bill and sent it on to the Senate, today ca. 1:30 p.m. Here is the roll-call record on the vote in the House.
Dear foreign nationals in war-torn countries, terrorism hot-spots, and amidst our enemies:
If you help the United States, we’ll fuck you over and abandon you. Not the individual servicepeople or intelligence officers — they’ll fight for you. I mean the depraved, soulless leadership of the nation.
Last month, playing tape of Charlie Kirk's words was enough to get people fired for the new category of anti-Kirkist hate speech.
This month, playing tape of Ronald Reagan's words is enough to spark a presidential tantrum and diplomatic breakdown.

The Lawless Man of January 6, 2021 claims new power for himself by attacking the most vulnerable people in the city where our government resides.
It's an Abomination.
An abomination we must resist in every way that we can. It's wickedness, plain and simple.
JUST IN: Judge Gallagher says either El Salvador is lying to the UN or the administration is lying to her about the people deported to CECOT.

8/ At the time, and even since, I haven’t seen many older couples whose lives reflect that kind of connection—a valuation of, a love for, the whole person.
This anniversary, I’m deeply grateful that I have exactly that kind of relationship with my sweetie, Merna Eisenbraun.
7/ I don’t remember who they were, but that action had a large effect on me: I thought, “I hope to have a relationship such as that when I’m married and old—a relationship that retains significant affection and that continues to value touch."
