Are the remakes meant to work in tandem with the original, or are they best experienced separately? I finished the OG Bachelor path a couple times and I'm curious if playing 3 (or 2) would add to the respective character's paths or not. That and idk if I wanna start of haruspex or just play 2

For anyone curious, as much as I loved Clair Obscur, it was only my No. 2 game I played this year (played this year, not released this year).

My No. 1 choice goes to Misericorde. It's a VN series, has no choices, and it's the best video game story I've read in years.

Btw,recently finished Vol. 1/2. Quite literally competing w/ Ex33 as the most remarkable things I've played this year.

Never played it myself but, if what I hear is correct, OFF was the reason why a lot of other similar RPGs exist?

Out of respect I wish it was as much of a household name as Undertale, but maybe that level of popularity has its downsides. Maybe OFF is perfect right where it is, I'll never be sure.
