I did open my eyes and ears. I saw nearly a hundred million qualified voters doing nothing. I heard them bitch and whine and blame everyone else, after doing nothing.

Even if you're right, and our votes mean nothing, even if it's symbolic, refusing to speak up, refusing to show up, it's telling the fascists that what they're doing is acceptable. IT's standing in line and checking a box one day every year or so including local. Is that so much of a draw on you?

So doing nothing is the solution? I don't see a lot people who brag about not voting on social media running for office. I do see them shifting blame to everyone else, then whining at people like me for blaming them for their failure to act.

Enough people are showing how thin their skin are here to prove that I am in fact reaching some people who I wish to convince. They should be ashamed. Standing in line at a polling location for an hour sucks, but it's the BARE minimum for participating in a democracy, and they failed.
