The other common method is a little hitch that goes on the end of your axle. There's also hitches that clamp to your frame. One of these will work.

CHICAGO (CBS) -- An attorney for a woman who was shot during a White Sox game at Guaranteed Rate Field last week denied a report that the woman brought the gun into the stadium and accidentally discharged it. Multiple sources have reported that one of the two women who were shot at the Friday night game had sneaked a gun into the stadium inside her "belly fat." The first such report appeared in the publication Sports Mockery on Monday.

I put more wood chips on at about 20-30 minutes in. Might need to feed more charcoal depending. I always use lump charcoal.

I put the air vents on the grill over the food not over the food on the theory this forces the smoke to travel across.

Plain, extra firm tofu. Slice about 3/4" thick and marinade in soy sauce and sesame for at least 30 mins.

Light about 1/3 chimney of charcoal and place one side of grill and add hardwood chips for smoke. Put slices of tofu on a small baking sheet for about 90 minutes on opposite side.

Most of the color is the soy sauce/sesame marinade but it works anyway. Legit smokey and really came off as something special so I'm really happy with it.

Even the kid liked it until I told him tofu was made from beans and he spit out the bite in his mouth after happily eating like four pieces.

I smoked some firm tofu on my grill and it turned out pretty awesome. I have stressed a bunch about having veg friendly dishes for our BBQs and somehow never tried this until now.

We are actually losing IQ points because we stopped using iodized salt so maybe that's it.
