Supreme Court rules against Colorado ban on ‘conversion therapy’ for LGBTQ+ kids The Supreme Court has ruled against a law banning “conversion therapy” for LGBTQ+ kids in Colorado, one of about two dozen states that banned the discredited practice.

We are disheartened by the Supreme Court decision in Chiles v. Salazar concerning Colorado’s ban on LGBTQ+ conversion therapy. This decision further marginalizes LGBTQ+ youth and is especially painful coming on Transgender Day of Visibility. (1/3)
