I put tags based on topic or people next to individual items in a note. This lets me search across all of my notes for the times I talked about “#poundcake” or spoke to a given person, without shifting the natural folder chaos. Using bases is also interesting option

I’ve not told anyone at my current job that I’m trans because it inevitably leads to “necessary restructuring” or some other nonsense. Can’t trust anyone in a corporation
