The kids have re-invented Google Wave from first principles

Exactly. It’s not a valid statistical inference unless it requires Cauchy’s integral theory theorem to calculate a result.
the next time someone angrily calls you out for saying some erroneous shit, just reply "sorry, but I think the world is desperate for more storytelling right now". then the person will be mad with you for totally new reasons.
Hall of fame streak of Ls by JD Vance this month:
- internally campaigns against pointless war in Iran; war happens anyway
- gets sent to Hungary to campaign for a loser authoritarian, who loses the SUPERMAJORITY
- gets sent to Pakistan to fix the mistakes of a war he didn’t want to start; fails
(This is a joke that everyone on here will find a reason to hate)
Unlike the Federal Reserve-backed fiat system, Bitcoin is not vulnerable to AI Psychosis
As we speak bizdev people for a dozen different crypto coins are scouring Linked In for an IRGC connection
If it’s Jorge, then we will be able to definitively prove that Satoshi is also a sofa
“Did you hear they figured out who Satoshi is??”
Oh wow, so they got it verified through encryption? He moved coins?
“…no”
Oh, then surely he was able to sign something cryptographically that proved he was Satoshi?
“…no”
It wasn’t just some bullshit language and time zone study, was it?
“…”
I will be tracking your most important KPI in earnest (dad jokes per post).
(Congrats sir!!)
It is not so much that Bitcoin is vulnerable to quantum computers, but rather it must carefully navigate the Strait of Shor’s Muse
and how will he fall asleep without you spinning your (uncharacteristically) tall tales about the mythical Sloatscaper??
I know. 😔 But it will be okay, I promise.
I know that feel 🫂
this just in: nyt also believes author of said book used ai, authorizes drone strike
Securing Elliptic Curve Cryptocurrencies against Quantum Vulnerabilities: Resource Estimates and Mitigations Ryan Babbush,1, ∗ Adam Zalcman,1, † Craig Gidney,1, ‡ Michael Broughton,1 Tanuj Khattar,1 Hartmut Neven,1 Thiago Bergamaschi,1, 2 Justin Drake,3 and Dan Boneh4 1Google Quantum AI, Santa Barbara, CA 93111, United States 2Department of Computer Science, University of California Berkeley, Berkeley, CA 94720, United States 3Ethereum Foundation, Zeughausgasse 7a, 6300 Zug, Switzerland 4Department of Computer Science, Stanford University, Stanford, CA 94305, United States (Dated: March 30, 2026) The expected emergence of cryptographically relevant quantum computers (CRQCs) will represent a singular discontinuity in the history of digital security, with wide ranging impacts. This whitepaper seeks to elucidate specific implications that the capabilities of developing quantum architectures have on blockchain vulnerabilities and potential mitigation strategies. First, we provide new resource estimates for breaking the 256-bit Elliptic Curve Discrete Logarithm Problem over the secp256k1 curve, the core of modern blockchain cryptography. We demonstrate that Shor’s algorithm for this problem can execute with either ≤ 1200 logical qubits and ≤ 90 million Toffoli gates or ≤ 1450 logical qubits and ≤ 70 million Toffoli gates. In the interest of responsible disclosure, we use a zero- knowledge proof to validate these results without disclosing attack vectors. On superconducting architectures with 10−3 physical error rates and planar connectivity, those circuits can execute in minutes using fewer than half a million physical qubits. We introduce a critical distinction between “fast-clock” (such as superconducting and photonic) and “slow-clock” (such as neutral atom and ion trap) architectures. Our analysis reveals that the first fast-clock CRQCs would enable “on-spend” attacks on public mempool transactions of some cryptocurrencies. We survey major crypto…

it's crazy to me that video podcasts existed 21 years ago on iTunes via simple RSS publishing. glad it's back in Apple's walled garden but man.
(I know because I published one of the first video podcasts that was available there)
I call this the “Straight Cognitive Flush” and unfortunately it tends to beat most hands
I used to infer things.
I still do, but I used to too.
just one more talk bro, please bro, one more claim we’re talking bro, it will fix everything bro, one more credited overture bro, we can fix the global economy with just one mo–
* REUTERS: GLOBAL MARKETS ON PRECIPICE AS CHUCK NORRIS DIES
seriously. does anyone care about the economy here or is it just us?
perhaps if we had all eaten less Avocado Toast we wouldn’t be in this mess
figured out how to break Claude
really makes you wonder if anyone responsible for starting it did any second or even first-order thinking about this whole thing
that's excellent, because death cab is the first branding sponsor I've lined up for this thing
as a goldfish with a 15 second context window and zero introspection, I'm gonna do it Johnny. I'm gonna start a metaverse company.
Trevor Milton sitting next to a jet that will never fly
Excited for the inevitable video of Trevor Milton’s jet flying through the air that’s actually a 90–degree rotated frame of the last 15 seconds before it crashes into the ground

Bob is the best. Oil is getting all the attention right now, but the nat gas story may be the bigger one of our time for reasons going way beyond the events of the last few weeks.
