A big reason I love #CrimsonDesert is the exploration, there was a road that lead into the "fog of war" and I wondered what was down it and discovered that. I may pop into that castle at some point but the unknown was still there so I kept going.

In the UK if you're not using pay at the pump, you pay once you've filled up. Given ANPR and CCTV is at pretty much every petrol station you shouldn't be able to get away with it.

Two images from Parks & Rec. One shows perennial daddy's girl Mona-Lisa Saperstein, played by Jenny Slate, saying, "I have done nothing wrong, ever, in my life," and is captioned "Michael Jackson, his family and their lawyers."
The second shows her father Dr Saperstein, played by Henry Winkler, saying, "I know this, and I love you," and is captioned, "Antoine Fuqua and the 'Michael' filmmaking team.

There is a lot to say about the new movie #Michael. This begins to touch on some of what's wrong about it. But I think it's a reprehensible movie and the world is worse for its existence. Not just because of all the stuff it doesn't touch on, but because it feels so deeply cynical.

A stupid person continues to prattle on about IQ like it actually means how intelligent a person is.

I'm still surprised at how far Steve Alvarez Brown (Super GT) has come from doing YouTube videos playing Forza in chase cam to being in a team at the 'ring with fellow sim racer Jimmy Broadbent and doing very well at it.

The amazing mail sent to a video game publisher An old Activision idea from the 1980s has led to some incredible things in the 2020s for Panic, the publisher of Despelote, Arco and Time Flies: “The range of things we received was wild."

Love this. Yes, post is a huge faff, but it can make an impact www.gamefile.news/p/panic-mail...

Speaking on Sky this AM about Mandelson, energy sec Ed Miliband says:

"Prime ministers make errors. Prime ministers are fallible. Prime ministers are human. As you know, I steered well clear of Peter Mandelson when I became Labour leader in 2010. But people make mistakes."

They should have done a sniff test right at the start, the decision to appoint Mandelson stank from the very first suggestion of it.

Verifying my age for PlayStation Network was a PITA that took a lot more messing about than it should, there were issues communicating to Yoti from PSN and not my mobile or PC's browsers at fault.

It's done now finally, amazingly the person who has been using that account since 2003 is not a child.

Seeing Close Encounters with my older brother was my highlight of a family holiday in Great Yarmouth (the weather was crap). Watching it since I'm a bit surprised 8 year old me enjoyed it so much.

Given it came out in March '78 here it still being screened into the summer showed it had legs.
