A casual photo of them taken just before 21:00 BST

They also seem unable to grasp the fact that the North Sea has been exploited for over 60 years; it would be extremely surprising to make new major discoveries. It's not going to significantly reduce our reliance on imported gas.
Even using legal hands free phone technology, which has been around for many years, is a significant distraction. If I get a call I usually suggest a call when I'm not driving. There are concerns about infotainment centres in cars as well; the law needs to keep up with developments.
The maximum in my garden was 25.7C about 25 minutes ago. I had to unearth all my summer attire.
The current wholesale cost of electricity is -£53.64 per MWh, solar and wind proving over 80% of our electricity.
The change to the way electricity is charged from 01/04 has reduced my overnight rate from 6.2p per kWh to 2.67p per kWh. A 100% charge of my 59kWh battery overnight now costs £1.57 and provides around 250 miles range. Zero wholesale price due to massive wind output of over 20GW
The benefit to security of supply is key, my concern is that seems to be a belief that it solves all our energy problems. We need to decarbonise. We often have a surplus of wind energy which should be used to charge up battery backup, this applies to solar energy as well.
A shame they didn't drift west, a great find. One good thing about Stanborough is the great all round visibility which improves the chance of such sightings.
To be replaced by someone even more grotesque.
It's in short supply at the moment, are these events connected?
I would aim for later in April, it has lots of Nightingales which you should hear even though they do skulk. It's also a haven for Turtle Doves which have declined massively in numbers.
All of those people advocating drilling in the North Sea seem oblivious of the fact that it's been going on since 1963. It's extremely unlikely that any large amounts will be found. The Jackdaw field was discovered 20 years ago, for technical reasons it was uneconomic to develop.
I would have been astonished if significant amounts of gas had been found. The North Sea has been exploited for over 60 years now and any economic discoveries have been developed.
As an old white man in the UK that does not astonish me.
i can lock and unlock mine with an app, it also displays the location on a map.
if you are going for a swim it has to go there.
The particulate emissions from even the best designed wood burners is significant, I'm not in favour of them in general.
There has been very little wind today, combined with the strong sunshine it feels a lot warmer than the 14C temperature just north of London. Mereorolgically, spring start on the 1st of March which is relevant given this is about weather.
As someone who has first hand experiences of that procedure I can say that it's not the position you have to assume. I do applaud the basic idea.
This is the best photo I've ever taken of a Red Kite which very obligingly decided to perch in the top of an Oak at Redbournbury near St Albans. There hasn't been a cloud in the sky here for the last two days.
Rooftop solar panels were very expensive 15 years ago when the feed in tariff was introduced to kick start the installation process. The system that cost me £15000 would now cost about £5000. On new builds this cost is trivial compared to the cost of the house.
Definitely yes, the results of Brexit have been even worse than I feared at the time of the referendum. We need to begin to repair the damage which also means the UK needs to drop any idea of opt outs from the rules.
We've got a 100% Mediterranean Gull of the same age local to me, there are just a few spots of black in the wing tips unlike your bird. The bill and extent of the dark hood are identical, if it is a true brown tinge it points towards a hybrid in my view.
I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you get an early appointment with a neurosurgeon. I've been through this loop for an unrelated condition and I couldn't fault the NHS treatment, no delays of any significance.
It would be good if the Land Registry could operate a a decent rate, it seems it's taking them a year to make changes to the register. It's a good idea to open it up.
They have been around in Hertfordshire for a long time now but numbers seem to have increased considerably in the last two years.
They are reorganising many local councils and there are many areas where there are no elected mayors currently. It seems a reasonable idea but until the new local government landscape is in place it's a non starter.
That's my experience with Sylva as well, I've used other peat free composts and they weren't as good.
Given the decline in cash usage perhaps the animals in question should be those that have become extinct in relatively recent times; examples are the Wolf, Bear and Lynx.
I told my daughter about it some time ago and they have booked a holiday in Northern Spain as a result. I saw the 1999 eclipse in Hungary in perfect conditions, it's something you never forget.
