The text shows multiple lists of physical features presented similarly to simple mathematical formulas. The content equates physical features such as genitals to gender. The second part of the text describes lore tags such as those regarding trans identities, but demands that the aforementioned tags must be included as well. This feels like pandering to an audience that doesn't want to see trans bodies.

I wasn't aware of e621's policy on tagging genders. This is blatant biological essentialism. The inclusion of lore tags is little relief when trans characters have to be tagged based on their genitals.

For this reason, I'm not going to be posting my art to e621
