Heard two radio news bulletins today say that oil had "dropped well below the 100 dollar a barrel mark".
What does 'well below' mean?
Turns out it's 94/95. Well-below to me is 70.
Whilst the price will fluctuate - why not be specific?

True or not, I love the story.
I was a fan of his - and went to see him play for Bulgaria v France at Euro 96 (at a half empty St James' Park) proudly wearing my Reading shirt. Shortly after he left the club.
A Bulgaria legend and far too young at 63 to no longer be with us.
It was said that Bobbi had watched the play-off final at Wembley on video when deciding to join Reading, thinking that was our home ground. When he turned up at Elm Park he was just a little shocked!
He ended up making just 24 appearances for us. And that might be why.
There was much chatter about his hair - and the fact it was probably a risk for a goalkeeper to have a wig....but it was the subject of his signing that garnered much attention in the months later.
Bobbi was signed in 1995 to replace the legend Shaka Hislop, who had left after the 4-3 play-off final defeat to Bolton Wanderers (a game that Carl Hartley will no doubt remember fondly - but was one of my worst ever football days).
Sad to hear of the passing of Bulgaria legend and former Reading FC goalkeeper Borislav Mihaylov.
His death has reminded me that he was the subject of my favourite football 'story'.
