The Rec Center area is now University City, with the Uni itself, Commons, Uni Housing and houses to rent with roommates. Anchorpoint Wharf is the downtown area with community venues and the suburbs will house the accomodations of the Greek system including Tri-Var and Oresha-Orele-Cham!

Don't know if I talked about it here more than a couple pics but I made San Sequoia into Sim State University in my Uberhood save, for sims from Pleasantview and Strangetown.

To add to the ton of stuff I want to do in my Uberhood save, I also decided I'd Blowtorch Magnolia Promenade and make it into Academie Le Tour so sims from Veronaville and adjacencies have a nearby Uni. I've already used Britechester for SSU so ALT will need to be Foxbury.

Ive done them a couple weeks ago. Now they have their alien ancestor in my tree!

He does, a sister, an uncle and two cousins! All that according to the Riverview world in Sims 3!

I'm done with the Broke/Newbie family tree too! Since I'm adding family according to lore I decided adding Buck and his children (now adults) as well as Skip's sister Ruby to the game as well
