“You never bothered to see our last six years worth of movies, so now we want you to go to the cinema to rewatch a movie we released seven years ago…”

Cover by Alex Storer, of A Truth Beyond Sense by Rosie Oliver. Grey, textured rock background, around the edges foliage and plants suggestive of greenhouses used to grow food. In the middle, a hole, apparently looking into a tunnel with stalactites and stalagmites, a bright light source at the far end permeates the tunnel with a greenish light, a figure in a space suit struggling to walk between the stalagmites.
We are thrilled to reveal the cover of Rosie Oliver's new book, A Truth Beyond Sense, created by Alex Storer. Out on May 15th. Hear a reading from Rosie at Satellite 9 in Glasgow later in May.

Me too. For some reason I bought the Star Trek First Contact novel.
I’ve heard that the Revenge of the Sith novelisation is superior to the film.
“I did my own research.”
Cinema’s too expensive now, when we can wait a few months and stream it on Ultra HD from the comfort of our home. Not like the 90’s where we had to wait a year for VHS rental, then another year for it to come out on cable/satelite TV.
Was it in thr cinema? I thought it was straight to streaming dur to Covid?
What books will you celebrate on the second ever #indiepressday

I did a few Tiktok videos, figuring that as my novels are urban fantasy set in my home city, I could showcase areas that appear in the books. But I never got much tractio.
Congratulations !
Hope you enjoy! :)
Last year, the authors of @elsewhen.press launched #IndiePressDay on 1st May to celebrate small, indie publishers. We'll be spreading the word again this year so why not join us? Look out for more posts coming soon!

After a *saga* of a process (long story), we can finally share the cover for 'Old Phuul' by Dan Stride.
Dark fantasy with rotting empires, ancient faith, shadow-stalking inquisitors, and one very stubborn woman who refuses to -ahem- let the dead stay dead.
Coming August 1st!

Now available, The Fall of Faerie by Rebecca Hall, the first book in her new fantasy series The Avalon Revolution, is set on the misty isle of Avalon, but in the present not in the days of yore. Avalon is now home to humans, fae, and immortals from many pantheons.

A great show, which gradually becomes less story of the week.
I’m just encouraged that kids, plural, are still reading.
My town’s fb page regularly has courier pictures posted, with the posters asking if anyone recognises the door/porch where the parcel has been ‘delivered’ to
