Before I was published I only told my book/writer friends. Since i have been published it's always a vague "yeah there's something I'm working on"

My goal for the rest of 2024 is to eat so many tamales that I infact become a tamale.

I loved her character

I am saddened to hear about the passing of author M.J. Rose. One of the things that I love about podcasting is being able to sit down with authors. MJ was warm & knowledgeable. It felt like sitting in on a masterclass. I only met her one time but I could see M.J. was an author's author.

I like to think of outlines more like a "guideline" of where I want my story to go until the characters take over

I decided to take a break from writing this week because of my schedule. Have to say, it is one of the best things for me, BUT I want to cancel all my social plans so that I can sit home and write instead.
