Gave the Dead Milkmen website an update today. Remember websites? You know, before social media sites... www.deadmilkmen.com
I remember the original newsletters that arrived in the post. Being UK based I was always amazed that I wrote and then they started arriving.
I can see how that conclusion can be reached. However after momentary self doubt I have concluded that as a vegetarian being a vampire might be difficult. I also had my haircut earlier and I am pretty sure that it was me in the mirror. Phew.
Bellzeebub's bulb, Garlic shouldn't be allowed anywhere near well anything
Failed Tory joins even barmier bunch of failed Tories. Reform agaiin showing themselves to be a retirement home for desperate ex-MPs.
Apologies to the group of dog walkers were within earshot when I took my final mountain bike tumble of the day.
Whilst I realise that the term I used could be taken to refer to a collective it was simply a reflection on my own ability and the discomfort that I was experiencing in the moment.
That’s a lot of karaoke I now owe the football gods…..
My new pet hate, people speaking at gigs whilst band or artist is performing….
Commuting fun. Almost missed the train trying to find the person who dropped their work pass. Jumped back to find I had a pigeon for company. Just been unning up & down the carriage trying to shoo it out as the train stopped at the next station. Strangely nobody else got on my coach 🤔
Don't how it has happened but I have become hooked on celeb Traitors. Despite myself I am rooting for the Traitors (even forgiving JR's fashion choices). This said a tough choice between Mark Bonnar and David Olusoga - both are gents.
Woofer walk through the deep dark woods. Full moon, bats, strange birdy wailing, voices, green eyes in the undergrowth all giving a Halloweeny vibe and a quick pace.
Jenkyns, Dorries, now Kruger. Reform the party for failed Tories.
Tories have Reform, SNP have Alba, Lib Dem’s have erm The Greens, and now Labour are getting their own better than the original ‘tribute’ party. I liked it better when there were bad guys v good guys with a single option of confused.
Odds on a Kneecap cameo in Sir Rods ‘Legend’ Glasto slot?
Spookingly they appeared on my feed today as well. As you say it’s good stuff.
Just caught up with Alanis Morissette’s Glasto performance on tv. 25 again, sitting in car in Portland (Oregon) listening to an indie radio station play songs from Jagged Little Pill over and over. Thinking I don’t know who this but it’s fn brilliant. Still brilliant.
Having been in it I would agree!
It was built as a replica viking longship when I was still at school, we used to get the chance to row it round the harbour on nice days.
Shetland visitors old and new.
Should be a great atmosphere.
Ps: one minor bugbear, Shetland doesn’t have an ‘s’ tagged on the end
Boys from the Blackstuff at the Yvonne Arnaud theatre tonight. Brilliant cast and performances from all. As per the original a tough watch, but also bleakly funny. The police fight scene was superbly done.
Also a well done to whoever pulled the pre show music together.
Thoroughly recommend

America, just in case you thought Friday went well here’s how the London Times saw it …..
Whenever you welcome guests, treat them with kindness, grace and respect. Simple as that.
