That’s not surprising. Becoming a dental hygienist requires a pretty minimal amount of education. 2 years at a community college is usually enough.

The pink dogwood in the photo is a variant of cornus florida, a native tree in the eastern US. My childhood home had several of these until a blight killed them.
I think in the US we just mash every variant under the name “shepherd’s pie”.

I’m always amazed that hundreds of years in the future they still don’t have seat belts in space ships.
I highly recommend Newport Coastal Adventure for whale watching, just up the coast a little way from Dana Point. On two separate trips we saw blue whales.
Plus they use a high speed Zodiacs that are a blast to ride!
And in 2 or 3 years we’ll learn that they never did convert the warehouse space into a data center, they’ll be delisted from NASDAQ, and we’ll find out that insider traders made out like bandits.
