47. During her employment, Plaintiff, along with other female employees, complained about unwelcome and uncomfortable treatment from males that was ignored by their supervisors. 48. For example, Plaintiff and other female employees of MrBeast complained to their male supervisor about a producer's unwelcome comments about their appearance and close touching. However, their male supervisor repeatedly ignored their complaints. Plaintiff also complained when a wealthy male client, who Warren required her to mentor, made romantic overtures to her that she was uncomfortable with and colleagues had begun falsely claiming Plaintiff was sexually involved with the client. Plaintiff asked Warren (her direct supervisor at the time) to intervene with the client so a professional relationship could be maintained. However, Warren dismissed her concerns, denied her request to intervene, and said she should be honored that a billionaire was "hitting on her."
They sure do love saying women should be flattered by sexual harassment huh
Republicans complete willingness to whine about the injustice of partisan gerrymandering isn't just hilarious. It's a window into a culture of lying, bad faith and hypocrisy as a cherished principle.
It's so good. I think I like it even more than Final Fantasy Tactics, which itself is a top-tier title.
it's really strange that any foreigner wouldn't want to visit the u.s. right now, huh
We really cannot move on from this until he is jailed and has his wealth stripped from him.
it is important to emphasize that this was *the point*. this was *intentional*. elon musk is a vicious white supremacist who thinks poor african children ought to die, so that the world can be whiter
I realize this is a feature not a bug for the right wing but Brand's MAGA pivot was so disgustingly predictable the second he faced the possibility of consequences for being a sexual predator
every time someone goes right like that you can be sure allegations have either surfaced or are about to
Wasn't there once some issue where the President's son was supposedly (though without much evidence) profiting off of his father's Presidency and it was the worst thing in the world during the last administration...
remember a couple years ago, when sen. feinstein didn't know who or where she was, or what she was voting on, for a couple years, while her unelected staff covered up her condition and governed for her? if D's are serious about restoring trust in democracy, they need to put a stop to this stuff
The interesting thing about the way some Democratic states are going about the redistricting fight is that they're relying on referenda.
Which means the "they" that Donalds refers to here aren't lawmakers, but the majority of Virginia voters in this election.
"From a legal standpoint, this indictment is crap. From a political standpoint, it’s an effort to avenge the KKK and enshrine white supremacy in America. Both should be dismissed with prejudice." — @lizdye.bsky.social

There's no reason why this man should still have a driver's license
it is devastating to notice how few benches there are in the world and how some benches have been replaced by weird "leaning" things. the world is incredibly cruel to disabled, elderly, poor, pregnant, tired, homeless, and all people. there should be benches fucking everywhere for everyone
and bathrooms, too. "but people will use it for drugs or make it dirty" then fucking provide them with needle dispensers etc and frequent cleanings. it's this way in other places in the world. Montreal has them everywhere. make it so people aren't desperate and the "problem" with it will go away
Pulitzer-worthy reporting here from Minnesota immigrant news @sahanjournal.bsky.social.

It is so weird to have Bill Kristol being not only on the correct side of issues right now, but being more strident in his support of those issues than a lot of Democratic electeds.
Talking about how heists are inherently cool and sexy is really not helping you beat the “a core problem of our age is that too many people think movies are real” charges, tbh
A screen shot of a skeet from Merriam-Webster that reads - ‘SWIMS’ upside down is still ‘SWIMS’. With a reply that reads - if you love geometric fonts where this would be true so much then why don't you use them in your body copy? no? not readable? go FUCK yourself; dictionary. they should call you hypocrictionary
I’m sorry, but bluesky is THRIVING…
Reporter: What do you make of Republicans saying that Virginia—
AOC: Wah wah wah.
We have asked Republicans for 10 years to ban partisan gerrymandering. And for 10 years, Republicans have said no.
What they’re just mad at is that they have been accustomed to a Democratic Party that rolls over.
I've been a busy little toaster working on a very large airship. Let's check out how far it's come !

I hate this shit so much.
I suspect these people do not need to worry about the effect of having a criminal record on the rest of their lives.
I also suspect they don’t own a franchise store for, say, McDonalds, where even though small business owners own the restaurant, many people think it’s owned by a big corporation.
Greg Sargent notes that the NY Times accepts the bogus "everyone loves their own gerrymandering" idea when Democrats have tried for years to end *all* gerrymandering. Republicans have blocked reform, leaving Dems with the options of gerrymandering or unilaterally disarming, i.e surrendering.
YOU CAN'T JUST MAKE UP YOUR OWN MATH!
Support for impeaching Trump is at 55%, according to a new Strength In Numbers/ @Verasight.io poll, with 37% of adults opposed. Crucially 1 in 5 of Trump’s own voters support impeachment.

It’s amazing how many bullies become deeply principled pacifists the first time they get punched back.
It is not outrageous for Canadian provinces to respond to a trade war (started in breach of our existing agreements) and threats of annexation with a targeted import limitation. Our government is run by bad people who are also bad at their jobs. Canadians are wholly right to retaliate as they did.
