Hello everybody. My name is Olivia, I am the social media coordinator for MCG, and I have made a very silly, embarrassing mistake.
Our team has been busy getting ready for GAMA (among some personal issues that have left the Kansas crew a bit scattered), and (1/5)

I feel like RUNE from Gila Games would be a good bridge game for this sort of player.
Tiny Wizard text logo in green and gold. A candle, a little door, and a star are hidden in the text. Underneath the logo is a large wide-brimmed wizard's hat with eyes and glasses. Text next to the hat says: We can no longer be seen or heard. A choice made for us, long ago. But we can still connect. Thank you for accepting one of our wizards into your home, and may they bring you some much-needed magic. Tiny Wizard is a solo RPG about a tiny wizard exploring your actual house. Together you’ll climb furniture, cast spells, and open portals to bring the magic of the Tiny Realm back to Earth, one room at a time. Intended for all ages, Tiny Wizard’s gameplay is inspired by solo TTRPGs, virtual pets, and memories of being very small.
Surprise: we're working on something new! A game called Tiny Wizard.

A small thing that's kind of my personal big deal example of how much parenthood can change things for a person:
I have NEVER, EVER, been so comfortable with stillness as I am holding my newborn son next to me.

hey just some quick feedback. the groceries -> cooking -> washing up loop feels too tight, it’s like I’ve only cooked a few times before I have to start over again. it’s a reliable resource sink for sure but it would be great to not have to do it so often. can we do a tuning pass
hell yeah! get STRONK!
Day 3.7: By the time I get back across the bridge, the lab & the bridge're already showin the signs of overgrowth I'm used to seein in the green.
It's a straight shot to Exfil, here's hopin my becon'll get my ride to me in a timely fashion.
Day 3.6: I feel tension buildin in the air, & I get to moving. Dips, ducks, dives, & dodges get me to the building. The lab's pristine, empty, & abandoned. Getting the singularity off the mount on the roof is a pain, but not as dangerous as crossin the moat was.
Day 3.5: I settle on rigging the antennae of my useless radio near the charred circle. I set that sucker to wavin back & force across the charred space as I dive across a little ways away.
The thunder's instantaneous & deafening at this distance but I stand on the other side, whole & unbothered.
Day 3.4: There's a singularity in there. I know it. &, If I can get it out? The prize'll be all mine. No squad to split the proceeds.
I look at the trees, wishing I still had that stick of TNT & det cord to pull one down as a bridge.
Day 3.3: 'Cross the bridge there's almost a moat of charred vegetation surroundin the pristine buildin.
I hunker & watch for a bit. A tree limb blows over of the charred line & catches a lightning bolt the second it does.
Day 3.2: I can see the lab I was s'posed to check out, & I waffle. I was supposed to have a SQUAD with me to do this shit. If ya find yourself solo you're just supposed to head straight to Exfil.
It's right HERE tho. Looking untouched by the creeping green.
There's GOTTA be somethin worthy there
Day 3.1: The steamy hell that is rain in a hot AF jungle greets me when I wake again. Tell me why the dreams of that fine boy feel more real than the midnight encounter with that elephant?
As I make my way downriver, I find a bridge without the overgrowth most structures in the Hellgreen have
i dunno man i talk to strangers and have random encounters with people all the time, it's just that people who are interested and happy to engage in that tend to flag that they are and will respond warmly to conversation in the correct context naturally rather than being browbeat into it skill issue
Day 2.6: I set my gun down. A submachine gun ain't gonna do SHIT to an elephant but make 'em mad. I'm better off stayin quiet & hopin they don't take issue w/ my bein in their jungle.
Day 2.5: The crashing of brush in the night wakes me dreams about a cute boy I ain't met yet. I get out of this tour? I'll find him & take him from whatever plainer version of me is in that photo.
I ready my MP5 to take on whatever monstrosity is causing the racket only to see a solitary elephant
Day 2.4: I decide to follow the river until I can find a better place to cross. The rain doesn't stop when I decide it's time to camp for the night.
Day 2.3: Couldn't tell ya why I put that in my pocket.
Not long after, I find a river I gotta cross. My first attempt is a disaster, & the TNT I was s'posed to hand off to the squad sapper washed out of my bag between when I started my crossing attempt & when I fished myself out downstream. Fuck.
Day 2.2: Not far in, I find an abandoned NANCo issue bag. After checking to make sure LibFro fuckers ain't trapped bait, I grab the contents. The Ration & the Bowie knife go in my pocket. The photo of the couple? A cute boy and a girl who looks like me before I signed onto this shit job?
Day 2.1: I woke up to the patter of rain on my makeshift poncho tent. Today I wouldn't have to deal with boob sweat or swamp ass, but I would have to worry about changing my socks every 2 klicks to keep from gettin trench foot.
The bamboo forest gave way to dense undergrowth.
Day 1.3: Hellgreen's got a bad habit of groundin pilots and their birds permanently.
I try to get comms up and running, but 5 wretches the green wouldn't let stay dead changed my plans.
I'm glad the MP5 won't draw attention from the surrounding green as I go back & forth with the small pack.
Day 1.2: Dunno what spooked the bird, but they boogied soon as my feet hit the grass, before I could confirm the drop site.
An initial sweep of the area doesn't turn up anything but broken down buildings. No WAY the pilots got any go ahead to drop me. Can't blame 'em for gettin spooked tho.
Primary Sources; Tanguan War Liosenn Exclusion Zone/ Hellgreen; Doc Crane - Field Medic.
Operation: Green Dig
Region: Burning Lake
Day 1.1: The DZ seemed deserted when I hopped off the chopper. Not the sort of thing you want when you're supposed to be linking up with an infil team.
