I'm really enjoying Murderbot, they're doing great adapting the source material. It's fun to rewatch episodes and really makes me want to reread the books (which I try not to do while watching a show, so I'm less nitpicky, but will jump right into after seeing the season finale).

Rowed in a single for the first time in two years and it went so great. I won't be racing in one any time soon, but I diagnosed a lot of things to work on and the water was beautifully flat tonight.
A blue fabric drink coaster with small sashiko style embroidery stitches in a simple pattern beside hand sewing supplies.
Wanted to make a little something to curb a bad mental health day, I like how this little drink coaster turned out.
I hope you feel better soon! <3
One day when I can be a person again I want to try one of those puzzle loaning services or find a puzzle trading circle, it seems nice.
A red, orange, and teal dragon made of Lego blocks displayed on a wooden tray
Happily received a regifted little Lego set during the holidays and had a nice evening putting it together. Now I get to take it apart and regift it to my dad so he can enjoy putting it together and maybe do the same.
I've been off insta for about a week and one of the only things I miss is your ig stories ๐๐๐
I wish that didn't seem so plausible. :|
A small frozen stream in the woods
Went for a nice hike today and listened to the audio for a couple of @haymarketbooks.org Live discussions, looking forward to listening to more. Feels like a good way to pre-game my week.
That's me and Stardew Valley right now. ๐ค
Although it's kind of funny, I had to buy it for the switch because when I went to download it from Steam I realized the last time I'd played was the night of the fire and I didn't have the therapy tokens to deal with that lol.
Well poop I missed this one. I've be on for a couple of their mass calls before, I really like what I've seen from this group.

Fingers crossed this new fire contractor wrinkle will work out in my favor instead of fucking me over in a brand new way.

During work morning huddle multiple people talked about how weird and mysterious it is that we're having such abnormal weather so often.
Me, leaning forwards and staring directly into my webcam: It's climate change. It's not a mystery, it's climate change.

Welp it's been one day, time to break this back out.
Ever since I read it, I've liked "ally is a verb, not an identity."

There are so many public services that would be better served with those funds. Disappointed, but not surprised.
One of my college friends works in publishing in a genre I read, so I often read the acknowledgements because it makes me happy whenever I see her name there.
There are doctors for each section of the silo, but only Juliette's dad is relevant to the plot. Pretty much every job in the silo is on an apprenticeship system.

Thank you! I didn't get any zucchini last year due to squash vine borers, so getting one right away that's so "grocery store perfect" this year was exciting (and very tasty).
I'm planning to finish Hope In the Dark and start Freedom Is a Constant Struggle, thanks to your ebook bundle.
One of my favorite things about gardening is growing into the idea that it's a lot of learning how to try better next time. My tomatoes didn't do well this year, either, lol.
