Trump is what the poor white man thinks he will be like when he becomes rich, which will happen as soon as he doesn't have to "artificially" compete with non-white men and Darwinism takes its course. Du Bois talked about this American Assumption in Black Reconstruction, but America hates reading
Every time I think how unfair it is that Trump has steered the US into overt fascism before I had finalized my plans to repatriate, I think about how many life plans were cut off by a US drone strike, and humble myself. If I make it to Africa this year, I will never stop praising the Most High
I no longer care to get involved in factional disputes within the US left. All the tendencies have largely failed to meet the needs of the masses, especially in domestic colonies. The reasons for their failure have been adumbrated by so many writer-activists who went unheeded. Just let Babylon fall.
In addition to Black Marxism, people need to read The Terms of Order and Black Movements in America by Cedric Robinson. The trio comprise perhaps the most sophisticated critique of political leadership by an African American author, and they are must-reads for all anarchists and autonomists IMO
I'm one of those people who are leaving the US because I'm tired of being gaslighted as a Black person that a progressive society can be built on settler-colonial foundations. If the species survives, this 21st century will belong to the Global South, which will sink or swim in it
