Studying Constitucional Law, it was already pointed out the influence of the New Deal on the concept of social rights, positive rights, but it wasn't so Shining as this.
So weird to study this stuff about the 1930s. The textbook says "this theory was never peacefully accepted in a democratic country like the USA, where workers and unions considered it a sophisticated way of exploring employees to favor corporate interests." It's like alternative reality.
