Half onion crushed
1/2tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2tsp mustard powder
2tbsp honey

It seems that around 50% percent of the money goes to oversight and administration hell there are whole multi million dollar grants that are for awareness programs like do these people know how many condos we could buy for 10 million dollars
