American employees have experienced record high job security in recent years.

In 2 decades pre-pandemic, the smallest share of employees fired in any month was 1.1%, happened in 4% of months.

Opposite since Jan 2021. The fired share has been at or below 1.1% in 93% of months.

But over 1.1% in Oct
