Unfortunately a class action lawsuit would take way more time and money than I'm capable of giving, especially this year as I have multiple surgeries.

I think they're just trying to be realistic dude, not a bootlick.

They're right in that itchio is much bigger than me and whoever else I could cobble together, and have more resources than a bunch of freelance furry artists.

They were hoping the ruling would help them but it's doubtful.

For now I'm gathering info to make an appeal case. I'm pretty sure my account was banned via AI review as well.

Even more than that, it appears they banned based on book/print sales from my online shop, but that's actually not even a breach of their policy

Stripe technically has even stricter bans on NSFW content and already denied my use of it on my website.

This is all they vaguely put. I suspect it was because sales on my online shop started picking up, so it queued an audit. However 1. I didn't have any openly listed NSFW content on the site up at time of review and 2. Their policy states that you CAN sell physical NSFW goods within the US.

I'm gonna be sick. Paypal just closed my account. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years and my whole business is basically run through them.

idk what I'm going to do, that was so much of my livelihood.
