Went to my roommate’s son’s soccer game. He’s nine. Been helping him practice soccer on the weekends and going for walks.

And now I get the whole parents cheering and screaming for their kid. Kid made three saves as a goalie and I’m ready to crown him a champion.

My opinion:

Keep him on the roster. Don’t let KC, BUF or an NFC contender get him.

Pay him for the grievance avoidance and call it.

Harbaugh said Diontae Johnson won't be with the team this week while they get ready vs. Pittsburgh.

He declined to answer why they're going this route and instead of just releasing Johnson.

Ravens have mutually agreed to excuse WR Diontae Johnson from team activities this week.

As of now, he is not released. Unlike what many national reporters botched their first go-round with the message.

After Justice Hill's return vs. NYG, I was strangely concerned the Ravens wouldn't make anything of it. It's felt like they struggle after big kickoff returns.

I pulled up Justice Hill's career 30+ yard kick returns & results of the drives and found they have squandered a few.
