The local off licence selling poppers replaced by a doughnut place.
Damn you, gentrification! Give us back our safe spaces!

It's December 1st!
I hereby declare the "This will have to wait until next year" season open!
The validation I needed
I might be an award winning designer but I have no fucking idea how to style Crocs
I DO BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN CHAAANGED FOR THE BETTEEEEER
Watched it just last night!
It's not bad but it's not good either lol
I'd give it a 5.5, it's still entertaining!
4/ And just as a reminder, a few weeks ago Barclays ditched gender and ethnicity targets in US to follow Trump’s anti-diversity drive.
Maybe it's time to change bank.
3/ “There should be an inclusive working environment where everybody should be comfortable and have the best form of personal expression”
And how would you achieve that if you don't let your employees use the loo?! This is bs, it's just a way to look acceptable when your actions say otherwise.
2/ “Following the supreme court ruling we believe that we have to comply with that by not allowing trans women to use female bathrooms"
The ruling is NOT law (yet, and hopefully it won't), so you don't have to follow the guidelines if you believe they're detrimental to trans people.
I want to play it so badly!
Concordo, le strisce sono la parte più noiosa anche per me!
Però che soddisfazione quando vengono bene 😂
La prima di quattro
3/ Grow up, be an ally and stop consuming
anything HP related already FFS
2/ If you're on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and you call yourself a trans ally you should not be at peace with yourself for still consuming Rowling products.
Anything that makes her richer just gets reinvested in anti trans campaigns, as this morning proved.
1/ Just FYI the ruling of the UK Supreme Court this morning was brought to court by For Women Scotland, a gender critical campaign group financially backed by JK Rowling.
4/ That's the importance of queer reading. It shapes society to diversity, tolerance and respect and most importantly it nurtures young (and less young) queer people, helps every part of them grow and makes them feel seen.
Support queer writers, alive and not, and your local queer bookshop!
3/ Stories help shape culture, and if you hear no stories about someone, that someone doesn't exist and therefore has no place, or right, in society.
Even worse, if you hear no stories about something that is a part of you then that part of you can't possibly develop and mature.
2/ Nearly a century ago, Nazis burned thousands of books, research notes, and data from the Institute of Sexology documenting the first decades of scientific study on transgender and queer people. Censoring books has always been the first step of the Right in deleting the lives of LGBTQIA+ people.
1/ "While the study was small, the LGBTQ+ focus of book challenges was undeniable [...] This supports the findings of an Index on Censorship survey last year, in which 28 of 53 librarians polled reported that they had been asked to remove books from library shelves, many of which were LGBTQ+ titles"
Happy birthday Aries sis!
