Back in our Zapier Python step, we create an Asana project, with a template selected based on the specific service booked and add a link to the Google Drive project folder we just created.

The Google Drive information is sent back to Zapier, while an asynchronous process continues in the background to populate the shared folder with dozens of template files.

Automation of the day:

When someone books in Dubsado, a code step in Zapier calls Google Apps Script to find or create a client folder in Google Drive. We add a project folder to it, primarily for internal use with a subfolder that is automatically shared with the client.

Also, posting an emoji like that in a public place is so unlike me and I’m having a hard time not editing it out. But like, it should stay, right?

I never really got Twitter, and I don’t really get this either. But I’m here. Because 🖕🏼 Elon.
