On way into a grocery store this week I came across a man’s wallet on the ground. Like mine, old and bulky with lots of cards and receipts. Unlike mine, full of large-bill money. I took it into the store; hopefully the owner recovered it. Felt good to do that, and I had no desire to pilfer the cash

I went to North Rona in 1989 with researchers from the Sea Mammal Research Unit. They brought along a batch of sledding biscuits made for BAS. AMAZING! Years later I was reminded of them when I heard of the “lembas” bread in Lord of The Rings

You’ve seen my real-time video last night from Beaver.. well here is what Maia saw on her tour! Beautiful from Fairbanks as well.

Maia just got a Sony FX3 to capture real-time video during her tours. Here’s one of the first videos!

Watched the whole interview this morning. Got to this monologue as I was bumbling around making coffee.

He gets about five lines in in before I burst into tears over the stove.

Incredible performance. Such a well crafted lead up and impeccable timeliness. A pair of bloody wizards.

But their control of media and social media software means they can gloss over concerns or dissent. At this point I would not even call it a “soft” war given the number of people dying in custody or around the world due to reduction of “world order”

Can I let you in on a little secret?

Billionaire philanthropy isn’t charity.

It’s PR to distract you from low wages, labor exploitation, and a tax system that’s rigged for the rich.

Almost two years in for mine. Need to make 16.7 to reach the median survival for this type. I’ll be 83!

None of the problems of vaccines, disease, poverty or anything else, are unaffected by climate change. We do not live in a vacuum. It is all connected. We have reached the end of the leeway that we had for making these horrid, cruel, profit driven decisions.
