Yess omg I feel you!!! But apparently its supposed to be a good stragety to take a nap after coffee than you will be more awake after but that could also be me spreading lies on the internet 🫣😅

Oh noo I am pretty happy that I can usually drink caffeine later in the day too without affecting my ability to fall asleep but I feel like lately that has been changing 😭
