I also have a phobia of them! Its even worse when they are actively running or moving.
I have tried to combat it by learning more about them but all it's done is give me lots of spider facts that I can shout while running away haha

Idk if it helps but wolf spiders dont always have great vision and when they run at people its usually because they are scared so they are running towards the largest object they can see in hopes of hiding. Sorry it is bothering you though!!
