I'd love to see something like a 'Markup Layer' officially added to Unreal. There are ways and means of rolling your own, but we need something that's analogous to leaving comments in code. I'm sure other disciplines, like art and audio, would use it just as much as design.

Our studio only sent one programmer to Microsoft's "X01" conference, which was a pre-launch event for the original Xbox. I didn't go but I ended up with the Press Kit - a couple of CDs in a neon green perspex case.

Back in the day... my second PlayStation (1) game. Our publisher's QA dept would send us a VHS tape of bug captures with the bug numbers written on the back. They'd send them via a motorbike courier. I think some of them were captured by pointing a videocamera at the screen. No patches or updates.
