i'm starting an accountability thread for November, starting tomorrow
- walk 10km every single day
- no more than 1600 calories
- no eating before 9am!!!!
- lots of water
- every day go to the gym/do pilates/go swimming
- study extra hard bc i've been slacking lately
- follow a skincare routine
