这种剧，有一种成果，就是让人产生灯塔的幻觉。美国的医疗，体制、质量、效率、普及率，在全世界范围内，顶多算在中等水平。不如港台日澳英法意西德加&北欧……可能也不及中印。因为美国的医疗只是为有钱人服务的。可那不是有很多针对贫困人口的吗？嗯，穷人只是税收转移支付给盈利医疗机构和保险公司的道具。所以条款改来改去是常态。有很多人通过感同身受，一股脑儿不相信医生说的，是可以理解一些些的，他们会觉得那些医生只是看中他们的钱包。这里医生的培养过程，还是资本主义早期行会垄断那一套，收费高昂，时间漫长，限制名额。但在过往，医疗医药相关的研究倒是灯塔一级的，以后就不知了。

广东人很多，尤其潮汕地区。改开前他们种很多稻米，那是主粮。但广东的气候特点决定了那里高产多季却不优质。我家那位小时候还要去田里帮忙。后来改开之初，梅子荔枝之类的经济作物可以出口日本，有容易的方式挣点儿钱，再后来，工业污染那么严重……种水稻就属于费力不讨好了。

不同的米煮不同的粥。我个人的观点，那里出产的米本身不好吃，做粥，不论哪一种，都可以遮掩掉米本身质量不高的特征。

我喜欢类似的，但我挑剔潮汕牛肉的切法，把些一般般部位的牛肉起个花里胡哨的名字，不如我自己买ribeye切个片口感好。在美国还不用排酸就能吃上的牛肉大概很难进入商业流通。粥其实超级好搞定。很多年前记得看他们拍个潮汕纪录片描述个熬粥描出朵花，其实就是米开锅了文火温一小时，搅一搅搅碎了就行了
