Scope required to see the birds today on the Fleet at Ferrybridge. Chesil Bank in the distance. A bit dull after yesterday's sunshine 🌞
Great to see the Little Terns back at Ferrybridge today. 3 on the oyster bed with 7 Sandwich Tern, 10+ Mediterranean Gull & 3 Common Gull. Lingering Red-breasted Merganser & Oyc nearby. Wheatear at Smallmouth Bay with numerous Swallow over. #DorsetBirds 🇬🇧

Thanks. They were off Goathorn and across South Deep to Furzey Island, and we watched them for around 40 minutes, moving very slowly. Initially, they popped up in front of a RBM I was watching. No boats or other disturbance about.

Very quiet! Just 2 pairs of Stonechat, small flock c10 Linnet on the set-aside. Raven, Buzzard, Kestrel. Plenty of Crows arguing about nest space & a single singing Robin.
