Scam Alert !! I've recently been told of a scam concerning a company call Pictoart that enhance old photos. They charge your Paypal acc 10p for pic upgrade but then fleece your bank acc 24 hrs later from £50. I avoided the scam thankfully but it threw up a worrying thing on Paypal itself. If you 1/2
