That sounds like an all-time great show? Did Soundgarden and FNM get time?
I held off on this tour on the fear that bad Axl would show up.

I held off on Gil Scott-Heron. It was 50USD. It’ll be there next year at 20% off. Same for the Studio One release.
I did find some other non-RSD things. So still a fun trip.
In for a Bomb Pop

Smithereens album Especially For You is pictured
“She was tall and cool and pretty/
And she dressed as black as coal/
If she’d ask me to, I’d murder/
I would gladly lose my soul”
The greatness of The Smithereens

Might actually finally make the trip up the road to the Punk Rock Museum
Yeah that was always the thing with Realistic products. I love my forty year old Realistic turntable. Still my number one player.
Why the headphones were so terrible is a mystery.
What was your verdict on Armed Forces?
Need to re-visit this one. I remember feeling it was just okay.
Me finally owning the Randy anthology = a good day
Great sale. First time ordering. How are these guys with orders?
One of the things that gets me -
The generation who told us TV would rot our brains, ended up having their brains rotted by TV.
From an older in-law
Sugar free Jolt = cheap non-alcoholic beer. WHY?
Certain albums feel like they were made just for me. And probably me alone.
Hexx album Morbid Reality is pictured
“Our leaders are all playing god/now we’re running out of what we got/they need a soldier that never dies/in a future that’s less civilized/in ivory towers with marble stairs/in front of TV walls sit billionaires”
#Thrash always knew

The Exorcist
Growing up catholic it just seemed accepted that kids should watch this
The only bright spot was the encore of “Biko” where they simply played with all the emotion it deserved. Why the whole show wasn’t this?
I paid zero dollars for a ticket and was in a comfortable skybox. Still felt ripped off
Ticket stub for Peter Gabriel Us tour 1993 is pictured
Thought I’d go with my most disappointing concert.
Nobody is a bigger fan of the Us album than myself. I was so hyped for this show. Unfortunately it was a lot of stage props and bells&whistles which took away all the emotion of the songs. Just rendered it lifeless

So the dude who scored this one for me seemed like a real cool guy. Hooked me up with some killer stuff. Even hung out a few times. Then….
J6. And a proud boy reveal.
Good riddance.
For as big of fan of 80s thrash and crossover as he was, made me wonder if he ever LISTENED to it
Ulysses Siren album Above The Ashes is pictured
Easily a top five #Thrash album for me.
Madly and sadly thematic as relevant today as ever.

Realistic put out some quality products for a nice price…..headphones were not one of those products.
I was using them for language labs in college. Made me feel good about my poor ass walkman headphones sound.
The only small tiny consolation I get from these times is that the terrible people, at the heart of it, hate themselves and their own existence more than I ever could. Problem is non-terrible people have to suffer by them.
I was a big fan of both Illusions back in 1991. It was Guns F’N Roses. Of course it should be overblown and a double album
Even today a big fan of the whole thing
My first CD copies of it were given to me from a roommate who hated it so much (aside from the big hits) that he didn’t even want it
Bring back the Board Of Directors and Championship Committees
And authority figures who wore button up short sleeves with a cheap tie. That meant serious business
Where is the Buddy Landell of today? And as entertaining as it is, I still want to pay money to see Doug Furnas kick his ass.
And please somebody bring back the corkscrew elbow as a finish
I was surprised it was that late. Sound wise It screams 1988.
I thought those elements on Kings&Queens of the Underground were that album’s strongest moments. Cool to see that continue
Roxus album Nightstreet is pictured
Good luck with this in 1992. I’ll always judge albums like this on whether they manage to have enough songs sound like they belong on 80s movie soundtracks. Keyboard drenched throughout this hits the mark
Bonus for a band pic on cover that shows exactly what you’re getting

Disappointed Lance was the kindly grandpa who wanted better things out of everyone. Disappointed Corey was the uncle who was close to snapping and wreck shit if this nonsense continues.
All the ridiculous In-N-Out worship we get out west is just folks who never had or forgot what old school fast food was.
