This time - yes, there may very well be a "this time" - progressives think they can rally voters around a Supreme Court nomination fight in a way they haven't been able to before.
With a name likeβUnwell,β is anyone surprised? Itβs a virtual advertisement that the workplace is dysfunctional. But unfortunately we have such an anti-worker economy, people will try any job.
You beat me to it.

Fair.
Perhaps a better response than blaming fellow voters is to get the Dems to care about the courts and how they affect our lives every single day, not just when they overturn Roe. This is a generational project, not a one president project.
Iβm not here to tell you who to vote for or to defend the Democratic Party. Iβm saying anyone who doesnβt recognize what the right wing has done to the federal judiciary for almost 50 years, and wants to blame one President for the overturning of Roe is not living in the reality based community.
Also. Pres. Biden received lots of criticism for sending so many federal grants to communities that didnβt vote for him, so whatever deflection Vought was attempting has no basis in fact. Ex: pbs.twimg.com/media/Fm68MZ...
Well done, Rep. Balint. @balint.house.gov

Well, I donβt use name calling as a debate technique. So Iβve got that going for me.
Oh, I see. Itβs one personβs fault the whole Democratic Party never did that.

You understand the President doesnβt tell the Supreme Court how to rule, yes? Can you explain how this was Bidenβs fault and how any other President would have changed the outcome?
Judge Kasubhai wrote: Unserious leaders are unsafe. There is nothing more serious than our leadersβ dedication to the rule of law so that we might maintain the integrity of our constitutional democracy. This case highlights a leaderβs unserious regard for the rule of law β¦ [such disregard] does not merely result in an abstract infraction [but] causes very real harm to very real people.
Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai provides a warning for all of us living under the current administration, in a case challenging the βKennedy Declarationβ on gender care. We need serious leaders who take rule of law seriously.

Ask yourself why Big Tech wants to replace teaching & learning with βjust go ask AI the answer.β
Donβt just be cynicalβreally think about it.
Why arenβt more elected Democrats pledging βno more stupid wars in the Middle Eastβ and holding anti-war rallies? Are we so jaded and cynical that we donβt even believe in doing the right thing any more? Plus, it would actually be popular.
