Oh and another note: if baking as regular cookies and subbing brown, you normally would add some water back in to compensate for the water you evaporated, but for whatever reason, I’ve found bar cookies do a little better without that moisture?

It’s sooooo good. Would def recommend, esp bc the dough & baked cookies both freeze v well. I’m lucky I tend to end up w/ a lot of spare yolks (my mother likes to make meringues & other recipes which require egg whites) but if you need a way to use a bunch of whites at once, a frittata can be good!

Oh and I halved the amount of chocolate (mix of half chopped TJ’s Belgian milk chocolate baking bar and TJ’s semisweet chunks) 😬 I really like letting the cookie part shine, not just using it as a vehicle for chocolate 🤷🏻‍♀️

I need people to really pay attention to what ones are getting publicity and why. Every name on this list is just as important. Every name deserves a riot. Nothing changes if we don't stand up for everyone, every single time.
