Applications are now open for our bursary to support small presses in the UK. There are 2 strands you can apply for: donating £1,000 towards creative projects, or £500 towards hosting an intern.

Are you a comic creator living in Scotland? Submit your comic to be part of the Scottish Comics Itch Bundle! How does it work? All the comics will be part of a big downloadable bundle for sale on itch.io. 25% of profits will be given to PCRF or another charity supporting Palestine. The remaining profits will be split equally between all participants. Your cut is sent to your account automatically; it doesn't come through the organisers at all. Who can take part? Any comic creators who live in Scotland! If you live in Scotland but you aren't Scottish, you can still take part. If you are Scottish but you don't live in Scotland, you can't take part. What should I submit? Submit your favourite comic that you've done! You can only submit one comic. Please do not submit text-only zines.
Is this bundle curated? This bundle is only lightly curated, which means we're checking for racist, transphobic, homophobic, misogynistic, or otherwise hateful content. We want to celebrate as many comic creators in Scotland as we can, so this bundle is not otherwise curated and your submission will only be rejected if the file quality is unusually low. What is the timeline? Submissions are open until March 31st. If your comic is approved, you will hear back by April 30th. The bundle will go live in June! I have another question. This bundle is organised by Letty, Pj, and Eve. Email us or reply to this post (no DMs please!).

The TAGS Fest 2025 report is now live! We collated and analysed all our stats for this event and reflected on feedback submitted by our exhibitors.

Quindrie Comic Fund As part of Quindrie Press closing down, we will be opening the Quindrie Comic Fund in Spring 2026. This fund will be open to comic creators across the UK, with priority given to Scottish creators, to go towards their creative practice. The totalpot will be £3,000 to be split between successful applicants. Applications will be reviewed by Eve Greenwood, Hari Conner, and Nyla Ahmad. More details will be released when applications open in Spring 2026. If you’d like to hear when applications open, follow Quindrie Press on Bluesky or Instagram, or sign up to the newsletter. If you would like to donate to the fund to increase the pot, please contact Eve at quindriepress@gmail.com. We will be taking donations starting in April 2026.
Following from our announcement that Quindrie Press will be closing at the end of 2026, I want to make people aware that in Spring 2026 we will be opening a one-off comic fund for UK creators. More details will be released next year.
