These positions will focus on structured decision making for conservation of Rio Grande silvery minnow in New Mexico. The postdocs will (1) co-lead stakeholder workshops, (2) develop a series of predictive decision support tools to inform eflow releases under hydrologic uncertainty, (3) design a monitoring strategy to evaluate effects of decisions.
