I am extatic that a wine made from cold hardy grapes made the top of Vine Pairs list!
I haven't tried the wine personally but I've made thousands of bottles of #sparklingwine from Cayuga grapes and I always told people that it was a wine I wish more people tried because it had such great feedback.

This is interesting, the article doesn't really mention anything about the anti-microbial properties of the tannin blend which is really why SO2 is still being used so widely.
I had an amazing visit to Valdobbiadene Italy. Learning more about how DOCG Prosecco is made and finding there is a whole world of interesting #prosecco out there was thrilling. I'm particularly excited to open the 60 month aged in tank bottle!
Missteps by Zuck and Elon have supercharged Bluesky, for sure, but not all things are hopping yet. Here's my modest effort on wine, people in the biz, and/or those who mostly post about it. Sadly, some good names here are barely posting at all. Maybe that will change. #wine
