Merry 4/20 from Mr. Clean 🤘

Hellbound 2 is gonna be.. You guessed it.. Another VN! But way better + cooler this time.

As a medium it makes the most sense to me, and I really did love writing a script with Ren'Py. Making the soundtrack was super fun. Drawing all the art I had to draw was, too.

So why fix it if it ain't broke?

I've been thinking about Hellbound 2.

First I thought it should be a game like GTA; an open world with missions, playable characters & a story to navigate.

Then I scaled it down to something "more doable". An RPG Maker game.

I considered an animated movie, even! But I know what it has to be now..

Agreed!! Bring back creativity. Bring back having an art style. Not hyper ultra realistic polish just so it looks good

I'm still very disappointed that Warrior Cats never turned into an animated movie of some kind. It'd probably be cartoon kitty cats committing violence and everyone would be confused if it's for kids or not. But still!

I wish there was an option for whoever downloads your game on Itch, to type in a little note if they want. Or to see who it is. It'd be nice to thank those people individually, it would show that I'm more than just a developer on a computer, and they'd want to leave a review too!
