It is absolutely amazing what just a little bit of sunlight can do to lift one's spirits.

Truth is, I prefer my very basic and Americanized version of a Korean double cleanse---with an oil cleanser, then a foam cleanser.

I tried to incorporate this into a double cleansing routine and it just didn't work for me. Maybe it was a sensory thing.

I'm sure I will. Sometimes, my Sunday Scaries get a little TOO subconscious and turn into Monday night exhaustion collapses by the following evening when the coffee wears off.
