Today instead of thinking it, I did it

The final panel shows a slightly chubbier Koiju holding his belly and shaking in pleasure as he blushes and makes small grunts of "huff huff mmf" and an internal is shown of Garay fully inside being pressed against the walls and enjoying the new environment END ID
