This badge is not approved by order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but is actively used.

The idea for the badge and its first drawings appeared in 2016. They belonged to a soldier of the 55th Independent Artillery Brigade, Pavlo Martseniuk, and his daughter Sofia.
