My Grandma was born on 21st April and always sad the national anthem was for her as she was born before Queen Elizabeth II. My Grandma would have been 123 years old today born in 1903, a woman ahead of her time.

Join me 11am-2pm today for a special Brunch Through Till Lunch show celebrating our late Queen Elizabeth II's birthday. She was born 100 years ago today.

Mine was made to order right in front of me. X
More lovely sushi from the brilliant little place in my town.
This is spicy blue fin tuna roll with spring onion, cucumber and mango topped with shichimi powder.
It was intimidating to be yelled at in broad daylight at 12 noon. This is Friday and we only have one street of shops in our town so it was as fairly busy. I was very unnerved by it. I’ve just become a trustee at my local
secondary school and will share the photo when the schools go back.
I did and the elderly couple in the car hit in the windscreen by an egg. I took a photo of the group and they just hurled abuse at me.
I have just been into my local new sushi shop on my town's front street to be terrified and horrified by what can only be described as yobs throwing eggs at shop windows and moving vehicles. Pedestrians on the foot paths and young children out with their families. Broad daylight.
Dress preloved from East.
As Petula Clark said - you can colour my world!
First attempt at making Nigiri and California sushi rolls.
The sun shone brightly and its kiss opened the eyes of these gORRgeous tulips just outside my front door.
All in all Durham only needed 20 off 18 balls but lost the last wicket. Ended up being on the edge of my seat and reminded me of Stokes and Leach.
Surely there must be discussions taking place about Charles and Camilla not going anywhere near the US.
I know. Dreadful. Warwickshire have 11 at the moment with just under 20 overs to go.
It’s fabulous. So lovely to be outside in the fresh air. Good for my vitamin D. I think Warwickshire are going to win. We had 40 extras!!!!
I do have factor 50. Bright yellow waterproof too. Fabulous weather and so good to be outside.

Only 11.20am and already 14 degrees but feels warmer. Might be taking my coat off.
Cracking weather and views today with @DurhamWomen_ @durhamcricket.bsky.social and Warwickshire
2 wickets down.
I can’t believe @skynewsrss.bsky.social has given the orange chump airtime over the moon mission.
Chump, CIA, defence sec & Caine are dreadful. How dare they say God is good and liken Easter Sunday to a pilot being reborn.
They all regurgitated the same s**t.
They are all corrupt.
I’ve invested in my outfit in Durham’s colours. Blue & yellow. Odd shoes. It’s an outfit for all seasons adding coat & hat as well as shades & sun cream. If it’s really cold and windy I will resemble a banana. Bright yellow. I also have access to the members lounge which has a great view and a bar.
I’m at @durhamcricket.bsky.social women’s last pre-season friendly tomorrow and it’s going to be 17 degrees. That is positively tropical for the North East.
I am trying to keep up with @classicfm.com hall of fame, @skynewsrss.bsky.social with Artemis II @timlihoreau.bsky.social and @durhamcricket.bsky.social #ForTheNorth
Thank goodness for surround sound speakers and multiple devices.
What a bank holiday!!!!
There is a character in this English language video who reminds me of the misogynistic, narcissistic, racist, bigoted, prejudiced orange chump.
I don't use AI but someone could have fun with this.

Chicken Veronique.
This was an experiment based on an Italian dish I saw with the Barefoot Contessa. Spicy & sweet Italian sausage cooked with grapes, balsamic vinegar and red wine served with mashed potato. I forgot to photograph the cabbage.
My Mum loved it. I’ve never had cooked grapes before.
I hope storm Dave is kind to you.
Have a great resurrection Sunday.
Storm Dave has a lot to answer for. Sleepless night but thankfully no apparent damage.
When storm Arwen came I lost a 30m fence and several hanging baskets.
