'Take what you need' stones as a little token of appreciation to the ELSAs in supervision yesterday. The stories behind the ones they chose was a humbling reminder of the challenges that school staff often hide behind the smiles they show to the children every day 💜

Have been inspired this summer by the #anxiousgeneration by Jonathan Haidt and #letsgrowproject to allow my 8 year old to have more independence this summer, including cooking a meal each week. She has blown us away with how responsible she is and the increase in her confidence has been remarkable ❤️
